# HODL Rewards

At the completion of the **MetaVax** mint (pre/public sale), all holders and future **MetaVax** holders will have exclusive access to a separate **VIP section**. 

**MetaVax** holders will be able to partake in **daily/weekly/monthly** giveaways and rewards. \
Holders will also have access to the development of future events (**phase 3/4**)\
\
\&#xNAN;*These include the following:*

* Raffle giveaways (1-5k weekly/monthly cash giveaways)
* Exclusive merchandise
* Auctions of **NFTs** from other projects
* Allocation of funding (marketing/donations/more giveaways)

These are only a few of many that we have implemented as of now. Subject to change.

\&#xNAN;*We have a* [*SPA*](https://metavax-nft.gitbook.io/metavax/detailed-overview-of-metavax/sales-and-purchase-agreement)*, meaning if you are a **MetaVax** holder and your token is listed on the secondary market (**OpenSea**) for less than **0.25 ETH**, you will not have exclusive access and will be blacklisted.*
